Talk to General Surgeon on Anal Abscess

I am writing to seek your advice regarding a recurring issue I am facing. I have developed a small pimple or boil—possibly an anal abscess—near the end of my backbone, close to the anus. The size is quite small, and it occasionally fills with pus. When this happens, it tends to drain on its own without any intervention.
I would like to know if there is a possibility of treating this condition without surgery

ull have to get the examination done first for diagnosis.
usually any pimple at the end of backbone is puilonidal sinus,or perianal fistula.....get yourself examined by a surgeon for diagnosis
you probably have a pilonidal sinus but it must be confirmed by examination.
sorry, pilonidal sinus will ultimately need surgery. antibiotics will only help temporarily

it can be a perianal fistula, or pilonidal sinus it is unclear. you need to see and examine by a surgeon, both these condition require surgery. in trying to avoid surgical intervention patient start having complications which results in more money, more complications and more extensive surgery so kindly do not delay
