Aoa respected doctors. My question from marham doctors is that heaviness in shoulder, pain in arm, elbow ,wrist, fingers and sometime in whole right arm is due to this fibroadenoma or bilateral dense parenchyma ? I have this pain from 2 months, I did 2 ultrasounds and MRI on breast surgeon prescription now i m using Fresca Rose Plus tablets for 1 month also used many pain killers but didnot effect. I m too worried about this heaviness and pain. plz guide me what to do
Fibroadenoma is not the cause of this pain. Please consult some orthopaedic surgeon for this.
Breast pain can be quite disturbing some times. Cause of pain is not fibroadenoma rather a condition called fibrocystic disease of breast. Medications needs to be revised can visit me with your investigation. Will be managed nothing to worry . Share your MRI and ultrasound reports then I advise you further

Ultrsound report is : fibroadenoma size is 0.6*0.3cm and MRI findings bitaleral dense breast parenchyma with multiple T2 hyperintense multiple lesions. Used panadol, neoberol forte, movax, Neorogebin, myolax, neoprox painkillers in these 2 months but didnot work. I feel pain in right shoulder, arm, and ring finger. Today i feel pain in legs also . plz help i m too worried. I m single I m going to marry after few months.

Thanks for sharing your investigation, fibroadenoma is less than one centimeter, does not cause pain which you are experiencing. In my advice you need full assessment before embarking any kind of treatment. options are either you should see doctor near to your residence or book online appointment so that I can get full history and advise appropriate investigation to diagnose the actual cause of symptoms.

its mastalgia...
it z not due to fibroadenoma...
its due to hormonal changes and dense breast..
fibroadenoma itself may also cause pain if large enough... fibroadenoma if more than 2cm needs surgery...
breast pain has no cure.. it comes and goes...

Fibroadenoma is a painless breast lump and there is no association of any heaviness and pain in upper arm. Kindly consult orthopedic or medical specialist

Fibroadenoma has nothing to do with any of the pains you have mentioned. Dense breast parenchyma can cause pain in the breast but will not cause any pain in arm elbow wrist etc.
However, large breast size is a recognised cause of neck, shoulders and upper back pain. This can be effectively treated with a breast reduction surgery. So unless there is increased breast size with perhaps posture issues, I would not blame the fibroadenoma or dense parenchyma for your arm elbow wrist pains.
