Hi everyone I have varecocele Left side Grade 3 and right side Grade 1 should I do surgery of both sides or just left side

also sometimes certain jobs like army wouldn't give you fitness if you have a varicocele anyways it needs workup and surgery only if indicated

best option would be Laparoscopic surgery. Both sides can be easily done in same operation.
Only get operated if pain present or fitness issues (as Dr Junaid said). sperm count and testosterone level will not increase after operation
Do an USG of abdomen also. Go for Surgery of left side first
