From more than 2 years I'm facing chest fat issue. The nipple area is soft and around the nipple area I can feel some mass or lump whatsoever. But there is no pain in it and when I take shower nipple's softness disappear and my chest have been converted into bodybuilder kinda shape. I'm confused either its chest fat only or Gynocomestia. If it's gyno then I've heard that there's no other option than surgery which cost high, which is more worrying situation for me.
