If you are planning for future pregnancies than I would recommend to donot go for any. Surgical Intervention. Diverications happens because of stretch of abdominal wall and pregnancy is one of the causes. Strengthening abdominal musculature gradual weight loss might help. But u will eventually require surgery to approximate wall.

What are the symptoms? What problem you are facing due to this?
if not causing symptoms you don't need surgery, apply abdominal belt, but if symptoms are present then visit surgeon
