Dr, im having external piles its like lumps around my anal area it only appears when i pass stole there was only one before but there is 2 more and it disturbs alot due to that im unable to pas gass and its getting worse not having constipation im having stole on daily bases but only irritates when im passing stole and not able to pass gass pls guide

You need a check up and only after check up any surgeon can guide you regarding treatment
AOA...first of all you need to have an examination in a surgical clinic...for the time being plz start Lognocaine gel (apply locally), stool softener, have hot sitz Bath twice a day
use lignocain gel locally before stool in morning. also use GTN ointment twice daily along with high roughage diet

Its not bleeding nor ive pain while stole but it irritates while im passing stole and it only appears when I pressure for stole or try to pass gas
