Dear Sir my mother age is 70 plus and she is having lungs cancer also last week she have pain so when we perform ultrasound it shows fatty lever grade 1 and Distended Gall Bladder with choleithiasis and sluge so in this case any solution without surgery and if surgery done is it safe please need your comments.

surgery in your mother's case will be dangerous because lungs are already weak and wont tolerate anesthesia.
the best option is drainage of sludge from the gall bladder by placing a tube in it. This will relieve the pain and allow the infection to be controlled.
this tube can be placed by an interventional radiologist under ultrasound guidance. This is the best option.
If interventional radiologist not available, then General Surgeon can do it under local anesthesia

Depends on what type of lung cancer she has and what stage. Still surgery can be performed if the gallbladder is causing PAIN. CT would be better along with liver function tests.
