Im an abdomen ultrasound dr found HB is 9.6 right now. Vit D deficiency and definitely a controlled i go for surgery right now or wait to increase Hb as im taking robifer tablets

stomach fullness may be a sign that issue is because of gall stones.. worrisome features include any fever, severe pain abdomen.. pus in gall bladder, swollen gall bladder etc on usg.. thats y i asked for ultrasound report if done.. if not please hvae an ultrasound abdomen and re-consult

Need to see reason for your anemia whether chronic or else, as no emgergency,subsequently your Gall bladder surgery can be planned accordingly.

Why are you anemic? Is it iron deficiency anemia? What symptoms are you getting? Have you had any endoscopy?
Gall stones might just be an incidental finding, it depends on your history/examination.
