Asking for Other, Male, 02 years old, Anda morr 7d-3 North Karachi
Nine gilties have been appeared round the neck one of them is largest on the right side under the ear. Docter advised FNAC bioupsy, but no one could get the sample. We worriedly reached an ent specialist for this purpose but he advised vellosif but we have already taken antibiotic course thrice. Now we r suggest us.

Aoa. If FNAC under usg is not possible then get excision biopsy of lymph node to reach final diagnosis

Get ultrasound guided trucut biopsy of one node. Don't take antibiotics. Also get CBC ESR LDH and chest xray
