Grade 4 prolapsed hemorrhoids and thrombosis and very painful from last 7 days with pregnancy 28th week I want laser surgery that was refused here in layah .here surgeons advices me to open cut surgery which is painful

laser operation results are best in prolapse piles.
if they are thrombosed and grade 4 better to get the inflammation settled by conservative method and then proceed for surgery !! laser is not ideal for grade 4 with thrombosis
