Is report k mutabiq TB nahin hai. koi aur problem hai jo maloom kerna hoga
neck which part, any other history, how long it is there,
it not TB, as detailed in report. but needs careful history n clinical examination to reach a clinical diagnosis and management.

Sir se neeche kar k hai, family history m kissi k sath b esa issue nhi raha. Guilty m pain nahi haii pehle Dr ne biopsy ka kaha tha but during biopsy guilty m se koi mawad nahi nikla tha islye ye test krwaya. Ab ek Dr keh rhy hain dont go for operation agar ap isko ni chero gy to ye apko tang ni karay gee isko ese he rehne do. Ab ap se pochna ye hai k kia esa ho skat h 3cm ki guilty h. Jo problem na karay? Or usko bagair treatment k chor dena chahea h?

get excision biopsy(remove the lymph node) and send for H/p (for lab test).

sister we are not going to treat the the reports.
for patient treatment we required others data like duration of swelling , wt loss ,fever nd family history such type of other lump in the body .my advice is consult to physician if he/she advice to need others investigation than follow.

Sir weight loss nahi hai, na fever hai sath or almost 3-4 months se guilty hai.. or us guilty m pain bhi nahi hota family m kissi k sath esa issue nhi rha.. ek Doctor ko dikhaya tha wo general doctor hain unho ne kaha h ye apko tang ni karay gee isko operate na karwayen. Ap se ye pochna h k kia wakai esa ho skta h k sooner or later koi guilty tang na karay and usko without treatment chor sakte hain?

plz take opinion form consultant physician. Enlarge lymphnode may be reactionary which no need to take action but if the swelling is hard nd suspicious than excision biopsy is required to confirm the diagnosis.
