this is varried depending upon the expected length of surgery, single or both breasts involved, is there extra skin, whether additiinal liposuction is also reqd

one side simple surgery lasts for 1.5-2hrs and both sides gland plus skin (complex surgery)can go as long as 4.5-5hrs
cost would be some where 3-5lacs all inclusive depending upon the findings
again I would say don't pick your surgeon on the basis of cost because that is negotiable between patient and hospital but skill is not and outcome depends on the skill
