Sab se phly app orthopedic surgeon ko refer kren jo bhi app k kareeb houn ya jis se app mutmain houn. Woh khud hi condition dekh k app ko batayen gy k asa kuyn hai aur kia haal hai. App surgery bhi krwa sagti hain us k achy results aty hain aur agae app k orthopedic refer krty hain physiotherapy k liye toh zaror krwaen... Kuyn k kia pata physiotherapy treatment mei bhi cheezen settle hojati hain. Be jaye is k kay app online sab se pouchen... Its better app face to face consultation len.

Phir yeh toh bhtari ki tarf ja rhi hain, ma sha Allah, app continue rakhen aur ghar py bhi lazmi follow kren phir bhi wazee fark na aye then surgery ka option hai. But app ki beti bhtari k trf ja rhi hain toh best hai.
