Dear Dr, I am suffering from hemorrhoids since many years ago.i have done bandligation from general hospital lahore But now i feel again pain and too much difficulty and pain on stool passing time at that position.kindly suggest me any medicine

It is right to contact the operating surgeon, there can be band ligation problems in first few weeks or there could be fissure or some other problem.
Dear the pain while passing stool is not because of piles and also band
ligation is not its treatment.
You probably are suffering from anal fissure.
Try stool softner and avoid constipation
Avoid meat ,
Start taking
plenty of water and milk
Vegetables
Salads
Whole wheat / brown bread
Ispaghol Husk
If not relieved of pain than consult a general surgeon

sir,
when i do this procedure i feel better.
no pain and smooth stool pass
but when i mastrubate then this problem creats,like stool burning
and light pain,and close bowl

Hemorrhoids are typically painless. You likely have a related problem,
known as an "anal fissure". This is essentially a tear in the anal skin due
to excessive straining at stool. If relatively new, ie less than 1 month
old, it should respond to 3 times a day application of 2%GTN cream for 2
werks along with constipation control.

aur gtn bhi laga chuka hn
thek ho jata ha lekin egar dobara sexual activity kro to stool ma masla hota ha
sir kindly tell me proper medicine and solution of this disease.
