i dont have any symptoms. but when i have done my tests the values are elevated. i had cholesterol problem 2 years back then i reduces it.. now i have done tests after one year and again elevated. i dont deit but i am not over eater.. yes i am overweight. 96 kg. please recommend what other tests i have to do and do i need medicinea or it is reversible by deit.. and can i start exercise?
