Talk to General Surgeon on Hydrocele Surgery
Asking For Self, Male, 20 Years old, faisalabad
I am scared of hydrocele surgery. I dont want to go under spinal or general anaesthesia. I want to undergo local anaesthesia. I have contacted some doctors in turkey and they are very specialised and they have approved my case under local anaesthesia but i am trying to find if can go under surgery in my country

it can be done under regional anesthesia where you block the sensations to the surgery region only , but in my humble opinion Spinal is the modality you should go for if you plan to get it operated in Pakistan
small hydroceles can be done under local anesthesia. But it depends upon the expertise of the surgeon (local anesthesia is usually not given by anesthetists in Pakistan). keep in mind that local may not be as effective as spinal anesthesia
