salam,
may allah bless her with health and long life.
she will be just fine inshallah.
its not uncommon at times for the wound to present like this.
Wound dehiscence is one of the most common complications of surgical wounds, involving the breaking open of the surgical incision along the suture. Typically, the sutures or closures around wound edges should stay intact while new tissue, known as "granulation tissue," starts forming to help heal the wound.
i wont think it was doctors Negligence, asi am based in the UK and i see alot of this happening to various age group patients post operative.
my only question is that when she was born with imperforate anus, how did was sent home at the time with out being seen and assessed ? is a child is being with out an anal opening , he or she need to be operated well before sending home.
please follow your doctors advice and she should be improving in time.
hope this helps.
thanks
