I have had hemorrhoids for the past 20 years but i have been ignoring them until the problem got worse in 2016 and I had to unergo hemorrhoidectomy which helped me for a while (2-3 months max) but now i am facing the issue again,I recently went through a colonoscopy and the results were internal hemorrhoids (3 grade 2,2 grade 3) AGAIN,i also have 3-4 external tags,i want to know less painful and effective treatment methods other than the traditional surgery technique,there is a stapler surgery and the hal-rar technique,is hal available in pakistan and at what cost ? or should i go for the stapler (pph) ?? I have been troubled alot by this and i finally want a permanent solution,your help will be greatly appreciated

There are various options available for the surgical management of haemorrhoids. All these options or procedures that you have asked for can be opted. However it depends upon the type and stage of haemorrhoids. Also as you have already underwent a surgical procedure you need to be examined by the surgeon that uses all these procedures in order to assess and plan for a particular procedure.

hemorrhoidectomy is not a condition which have no treatment. cure is 100 percent. traditional operations are good but are painful PPH or stapler hemorrhoidectomy is avalable in Pakistan and is painless. Please not down that all type of medical treatment including allopathy and homeopathy can give temporary relief only
Best would be to consult a surgeon, he can guide you about the actual problem & best treatment option.
First of all correct your dietary habits and get rid of constipation.
No treatment is effective without correcting the route cause

Where is Hal available ? Do you have any idea about the estimated cost ? It's not feasible for me to visit someone in lahore for consultation only because I live in Peshawar so for that reason it would be easy for me to get a general idea beforehand
