this case is a candidate for MDT. (MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM). it should be discussed with neurosurgeon+ medical oncologist+ general surgeon + gastroenterologist+ radiologist. then we can proceed in any direction. better visit a tertiary care for this patient.
