Hello I have had this lump in my neck for quite some time now, I thought it had to do with swelling from putting a gym bar on my back as I lift heavy weights. It isn’t painful it just feels firm but a bit squishy. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
Needs checkup. Its in midline, it can be a few things. So need to examine.

looks like a sebaceous cyst.
It can be a lipoma(excessive deposition of the fat) or a sebaceous cyst(sebum gets collected due to blockage of the gland)...
Get an Ultrasound of the soft tissue swelling done..
