Well, u need to share ur reports.. U can start Qalsan D once daily.. Or neuberol forte twice daily when having pain.. Such back pain needs physiotherapy.. What is ur job nature?? Do you sit all the time or having long standing?? U need to modify ur lifestyle as well

well I am not sitting more than 30 minutes neither standing much while waking up at morning I have pain and bending back I feel more pain .
