Hello Doctor,
I have a right breast lump. My first ultrasound suggested an abscess, but the follow-up shows no change and it is now BI-RADS 4A.
Could you please guide: • Is this still likely an infection or something serious? • How concerning is BI-RADS 4A in my case? • Should I go for FNAC or biopsy? • Is this urgent? • What about the enlarged lymph node?

If its an abscess then it needs incision and drainage. Otherwise needs examination and then excision biopsy if a lump. BIRADS 4 is concerning.

BIRADS 4 needs urgent biopsy. excision biopsy if small, TRUCUT if large.
is your lump painful or tender (painful to touch)? If yes then abscess.is more likely.
But biopsy still must be done at BIRADS 4
you should visit a breast or a general surgeon at the earliest

Enlarged lymph node is not a good sign, 4A is not a simple thing, immediately consult shaukat kh hospital , breast cancer is very common, dr amna in SK is best ,
