Dear Ms Zulfiqar .
The features are suggestive of a swelling also known as a fibro adenoma. Size is 16 x 20 mm which is too small . Examination and diagnosis of breast lumps and bumps are based on three components. Third component of examination is missing here so you need to see a surgeon . I will.be in sahiwal next Friday evening if you want a consultation.
First of all this patient needs core biopsy of this lump. The result of biopsy will help in formulating a plan. If biopsy is benign then she needs lumpectomy and if biopsy comes out to be malignant, then she needs further workup
You don't need mammogram for diagnosis of fibroadenoma. Once diagnosed you need excision under anesthesia
