Asking for Self, Female, 18 years old, multan
20 days ago i felt itching and rashes under arm.... i ignored but now it became a lump with a pimple like appearence superficially but lump can be felt on touching deep. on upper skin only pimple can be seen.

U must have visit at my clinic at rehman medical complex nishtar road multan I could b infection of sweat gland that is called hydreadenitis supportiva
After thorough check up it would b pretty sure to give definitive diagnosis

It Seems an infective lesion that may have caused the infection and swelling of lymph node (lump). However, if its a progressive problem please do get it checked from any surgeon at your convenience.

i got dental surgery two months back but recently a lump has been produced in my neck of almost 30mm have been used, Afnc tells thats go for biopsy should i go for biopsy or for PET CT?

It seems a superficial infection. It would be better to share a picture. Taking Augmentin might resolve the issue
