previously i was having complain of blood in stool and wqs diagnosed with polyp in colon and it was removed and i didn't have any bleeding in stool after that currently i have a pulled muscle and was having pain and dr precribed me Oritox tablet and after having that tablet for 2 days i am again having blood while passing stool please suggest something

Get Sigmoidoscopy done. Avoid constipation. Take Nuberol Forte for muscle pain.
When was your last endoscopy (Sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy)?

Why on earth are you using Oritox and not something simpler like Paracetamol/Ibuprofen/Diclofenac?
