My mom has lost alot of weight since her last hip bone surgery she is very skinny now she got duodenal ulcer which caused her internal bleeding after 6 months of hip bone surgery she survived than two months back she was admitted for low saturation and high bp it was treated winthin a day but all her test are fine i repeat every test after months then why she lost so much weight she used to be very healthy

I am from karachi yes she is diabetic she takes three meals only and she is on anti depressant cipralex taking ascard on alternate days

is she having vomiting or loose stools???or any pain in the tummy?? is she taking any antacid or stomach acid relieving tablets/capsule??
As u have given the history of the ulcer...

No vommiting or abdominal pain but yes she is taking famposin 40 mg two times before meal and ganaton three times before

u should consult a gastroenterologist once...so tht ,if thr is any need of an endoscopy...

Due to use of Ansaid she would have developed duodenal ulcer.Due to which her intake woulh have reduced. one that heal she will regain some weight.

U should consult dietitian because after surgery patient loss weight due to not taking balanced diet with less protein intake and for fast healing there should be some changes in diet to recover fast and maintain healthy body weight
