Numbness In Left Hand

Question

Hi. I feel numbness in my left hand - like my hand is feeling bit pins and needles like you feel a body part sleeping. (jaisay apka hath so raha ho kisi ek portion ma). 

What should I do? What is the reason? I got checked with Dr and he said to eat Vitamin B12 tablets. I ate for 5 days but the situation is not changed. 

P.S. I have pulsatile tinnitus for last one year.
