The person is 34 age and 115 kgs and above 100 since 7 years how hard try to loose weight but doesnt goes below 100 and is a mother of 3 babies with c section...no medical conditions
Bp or diabestes.....currently is outside pakistan wil come for surgery and what is the cost of the procedure and Is ballon treatment for safe and effective than surgery?....and yes the weight is leading to severe pain in back n knees and if Stay same would lead to diabestes and bp tht runs in the family....and I take glucophage as wel cause of insulin resistance.

With Age and weight she will be benefited with bariatric surgery. If she has tried diet restriction and exercise in these last 7 years and failed to reduce weight Sleeve Gastrectomy will be one better option to consider. Its true with a positive family history she may have Type II Diabetes in later life and joint pains is also a sequel of obesity. In my opinion she must consider surgery.

Yes Dr not only my father was a diabetic he was a heart patient, bp and renal failure was on dilaysis for 3 yrs and he was fat aswel....so all this make me very very scared....how to contact you plz guide.
