an 11.2*4.4 mm oval solid mass is noted in anterior aspect of right lower leg . it is 2.3mm skin deep. feeling pain very badly and my right foot thumb is swelling due to this

This is quite big, needs evaluation by orthopedic surgeon specilised in soft yissue management as well, if you are from Karachi or Sind go to Prof Syed Kamran Ahmed at IOS Institute Of Orthopefic &Surgery, dont go to a general surgeon this could be malignant so be careful in choosing specialist
