Talk to General Surgeon on Pain After Multiple Rhinoseptoplasty

Hello Dr, I have pain in my nose after rhinoseptoplasty (a lot of grafts were placed), I want to know regarding the scan, what are the spurs pointed with a red arrow? Could it provoke pain? I also would like to know if the second image show scar tissue in my sinus or something else I know I have a synechia that I will need removed because it's causing congestion.. Thank you in advance
