I think if you are recovering from medicines, then you can wait.. Like ap apne symptoms observe Karen.. Ap apne diet tekh Karen.. Isphagula husk lain. Fiber diet use karen.. Take fruits and vegetables.. Pani ke intake tekh raken.. Bus constipation nahin hone chahey.
