I have ittiching problem at night before bed (piles) .i feel little vain type thing in ass hole.somtime heavy itching cause rashes which go aways after day or two. I went to gystrologist without examnig he said surgery is the only solution .i also have sleep disorder problem just cant sleep .is there any link between piles n sleep disorder

No there should not be. For the piles will need to see u in the clinic and confirm. For the sleep disorder consult a psychiatrist or psychologist.
There is definitely a link between pules and sleep disorder. piles usually present with bleeding in the form of drops sfter passing stools and is usually painless unless associated with other problems. Itching can be due to other reasons also which need thorough history taking and clinical examination.
