yes it is relatively new field and you have to realize there might be recurrence and abscess formation associated with it . in karachi a couple of people do it in darulsehat hospital and Dow university hospital, but again surgery has well established outcomes. it will take some time to know in how many patient we have complications and recurrence as data is still coming
