Usually CBD stone ka lap chose se pehle ultrasound pe pta chl jata hei and we first treat CBD stone.
Lap chole mein 80% success ka chance hota hei, 15 to 20 % cases mein, we convert to open surgery if some difficult findings are seen.
Overall complications rate with laparoscopic surgery is very little now a days
once gall bladder is removed stones are with in it so they are gone with gall bladder too... and if the stone is in CBD, then we first manage that and then proceed with cholecystectomy (removal of gall bladder)
