I can see a suture. Need oral antibiotics and wound care, nothing else
seems like suture in wound , needs wound care , dressing and antibiotics

this is a suture don't worry about it. just keep washing with soap and normal tap water using your little finger tip inserted in the wound

pus will be cleared with washing plus fucidin cream

waah with soap and water apply fucidin cream, cover with gauze and tape do it daily. wound will close in 2 wks time
