It ll be better if you get yourself examined,till then use xyloaid cream 5% before and after passing stool on anal area
Try to avoid straining while passing stool, use stool softeners to avoid hard stool, 30 min daily walk, plenty of water, Apply GTN plus Lignocain cream on affected area, sit in warm water tub for 15 minutes, it will take time to heal, if not then go for surgery
