I have several lipoma on my body but I want to remove my arms lipoma, one by one, how much removal of one lipoma would cost me ?

Asa costs depend on the size and number of lipomas. U will need to ask a local surgeon, as more the senior consultant u consult more the expensive it gets.
Please ask some Surgeon locally based in Karachi. I suppose it will be a minor procedure may be possible under local anesthesia. Hence will not be too costly.
It depends on size of Lipoma. Giant Lipomas are operated under G/A and small ones are operated under local Anasthesia. Rates are different for both.
