Talk to General Surgeon on Sleeping Disorder
Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Islamabad,Lahore
I'm unable to sleep in one go, usually i wake 2 to 3 times in first half of night. I usually wake up due to uneven breathing and sometime rapid heartbeat. I have searched my condition which is more like sleep apnea but i'm not sure because some of the symptoms are missing, i don't have dry mouth or morning headaches or any kind of laziness but loud snoring is there and episodes of uneven sleeping is certainly there. Please help me if someone can treat my issue.
you need a Good ENT consultation. I guess you are suffering from Hypertrophic Turbinated (the bone in your nose overgrows , that results in airway obstruction during sleep , leading to apnea and you waking up). A good ENT surgeon could take care of your problems.
