you need HIPEC. It is a combined surgical and chemotherapy procedure. As far as I know, its only available at shifa international, Islamabad but u should consult shaukat khanum as well

See a surgical oncologist you need further workup and need to know what's the source of your pathology is it appendix or gynecological reason. And also need to stage the disease. Such cases are then discussed in a multidisciplinary team (MDT) so best decision is taken to treat whether surgical resection or chemotherapy. Kindly don't ask advise for this case on this forum
