He has varicose veins issue in right leg but now leg become large. We did check up of him by 2 or 3 general surgeon. They say we can't operate it , Left this in present condition. What should we do. He is experiencing leg pain and sometimes hypertension

First of all go with conservative management like compression TED STOCKINGS GRADE 2 , limb elevation, cream fusidin if ulcer , change postion every 30 mnts tablet doxium 500mg tds for 2 weeks along with tablet denzen ds two times a day 2 weeks
do conservative management first n for pain tab tonofex p or movax n cap gabica 50 mg
