Talk to General Surgeon on Weakness Tiredness Fatigue And Low Stamina

Hello everyone,

I am a 24-year-old male and have been experiencing multiple health issues for quite some time. I would appreciate any guidance regarding possible causes and which investigations I should prioritize.

My symptoms include:

• Inguinal hernia with intermittent pain in the groin and scrotum/testicles. The swelling often goes back in when I lie down or push it gently.

• Testicular pain, especially at times after ejaculation.

• Abdominal bloating and gas. Sometimes gas feels trapped, causing significant abdominal discomfort.

• Constipation and incomplete bowel movements.

• Nausea, occasional vomiting sensation, weakness, fatigue, and low energy levels.

• Poor stamina. I become exhausted within 3–5 minutes of walking, with leg weakness, trembling, and shortness of breath.

• Intermittent burning during urination.

• History of passing at least one kidney stone recently.

• At times my urine appears darker than usual despite drinking a good amount of water.

• Mouth odor (bad breath).

Previous test results: • CBC was reportedly normal. • Liver tests showed mildly elevated ALT and fatty liver. • No confirmed diagnosis yet for the other symptoms.

I am trying to determine whether these symptoms could be related to:

1. Inguinal hernia complications 2. Kidney/urinary tract problems 3. Bladder issues 4. Digestive or bowel disorders 5. Hormonal, thyroid, vitamin deficiency, or metabolic problems

What tests or specialist consultations would you recommend next?
