Asking for Wife, Female, 35 years old, Karachi
this is about last 15 days.. She my wife had 1 month pregnancy, at 5am she got pain and the bleeding started. but it just stopped at with black clots as well than lot of pain she had, after that one week she got aborted with process of D&C doctor said now all clear.. but now still she had lot of pain even not walk properly with back pain in pelvis 2 days back took Ultrasound that is attached kindly advice medicine and precautions.. there is no bleeding now but taking antibiotics like zetro and risek with panadol and lexotanil so should I take more tablets?

if ultrasound os clear (no pic visible here) and she have completed antibiotics course of 7 days then only painkiller and pelvic exercises are needed.
There is no ultrasound attached

It’s better that you visit a senior gynaecologist in your city. Serial Beta hcg test may be needed to determine the fate of pregnancy. There is a chance of ectopic pregnancy which may have been missed.

sure done appointment here with consultant Dr. but point is when after D&C performed Ultrasound there was no evidence of any ectopic pregnancy but now it is positive it is little worried point why so early happened now what is the solution please tell
