I am 10 weeks or my be more than 10 weeks pregnant and also in isolation. 2 days back i got normal bleed like periods not in heavy flow and after that I am having dark dry blackish kind of blood just like mehndi/henna that too not in flow. I am not having any kind of heavy cramping. Just a lighter pain once or twice a day with nausea. Apart from this i am having severe headache from last few days and I am also facing severe depression from last 4 to 5 months. I also have pcos, and I always got dark dry periods after 1 or 2 days. I don't know what's is that. Is it something to worry about ? Please help.

u need to get urself review by a then take tab folic acid 400microgram daily and tab duphoston 10 mg twice daily..

-proper diet, multivitamins(calcium, zinc, Vit c, folic acid) regularly.
-symmptomatic treatment also needed.
-panadol, if flue then one anti allergy needed as well.
-for avoiding bleeding need to have strict Precautions like bed rest, tab duphaston 10 mgs twice daily, avoid weight lifting, avoid stairs, avoid stress, anxiety, over work etc.
-take high quality diet with fruits, vegetables, dry fruits etc.
-quarantine for 14 days.
