Talk to Gynecologist on 160 Sgpt In 30th Week Of Pregnancy
Asking For Wife, Female 25, Karachi
hello . my wife is in 30th week of pregnancy, she was facing issue of high sgpt since 3,4 months. doctor prescribed Tablet Urso 500 mg . she has been taking it from 10 days but still there is no improvement in the SGPT . it's 160 . please guide in this regard .. thanks

Need to evaluate patient in detail.better book a consultation with a doctor..urso improves symptoms least likely to improve lfts.plus there are other diagnostic tests which can be done at famous labs.might not be chokestasis

hepatitis was negative . she is taking proper dosage of urso . 500mg 2 times a day .

it could b obs cholestatics or any other hepatic infalmation . need more investigation share previous reports
