Talk to Gynecologist on 18 Weeks Pregnant With Unbearable Pain

Can anyone experience such severe round ligament pain that it is accompanied by chills and sometimes even vomitting? Patient gets extremely severe pain attacks on the right side (mainly starting from lower abdomen but spreads to the back, kidney area and even her right leg) that she was admitted in AKUH for 2-3 days but they were not really able to diagnose the problem. They suspected the pain to be appendicitis but symptoms and tests were not favorable for appendicitis. Ultrasounds and blood tests were not favorable for UTI or any kidney problem. Her pains increase with movement and she feels more pain on her right side while urinating or after coming from the washroom (no burning or pain in the urine itself). Since the doctors have failed to understand her problem, we really need advice on what should be done and if possible please recommend where she needs to be taken next for her treatment?
