19 Weeks Pregnant - Dry Cough And Sore Throat For More Than A Month

Hello 
Im 19 weeks pregnant. I have had Non Productive Cough with Sore Throat for over a month now. Have been taking Claritin for it. But no success 
Now its accompanied with Flu, Nasal Congestion and Headache which partially resolved on nebulisation and Steam. 
The Cough is worse now and is accompanied with a severe Sore Throat and Wheeze. 
Tried Hydrallin DM but didnt work.

There are different causes of cough. You need to take steam, tab avil 2times or 3times daily, have a regulaar walk, take syp mucain to prevent acid regurge, have fresh good diet including meat, avoid fruits, take surbex z daily and inform me tomorrow.
