Asking For Self, Female 25, Lahore

i am 29 weeks 3 days pregnant. my GTT in start of 6th month was ( fasting 91, 1 hour 175, 2 hour 118) My gynaecologist asked me to maintain my sugar below 130 1 hour after every meal and monitor for 7 days. my fasting sugar remained below 95 but after breakfast it used to be 153 to 156 everytime and then one day i had PARATHA in lunch it went 177 otherwise with regular roti it was 130 and so even after dinner. she gave me 250 mg glucophage thrice a day. my suger went below 100 after 1 hour of any meal. my recent random plasma glucose is 90. before using glucophage it was 102. My gynaecologist said to stop medicine but still i can't eat sweet in any form, not even mango etc. i feel weakness now. my baby is healthy Alhumdulillah and last anomaly scan hasn't shown any abnormality due to high sugar. looking for second opinion. do i really have chances of gestational diabetes or can i have sweet occasionally? My HB is also 9 in recent test and RBC is 3.9 TIA

Aoa try to maintain your sugar with in normal range by small frequent meals coz low blood sugar is equally dangerous. Sometimes have to take sweet to maintain sugar. Plz follow the diabetic chart so no weakness and anaemia. GDM has not gone u have managed it and u have to continue it. Thanks
