6th week pregnancy no nausea n extreme hunger n feel low n lots if weakness if donot eat anything for 2 hrs.. is it something to get worry abt.. i do have lil bit heart burn.. n bad burps problem.. But no nausea from 7 days but feel extremely hunger Have to visit dr on 27th Do discharge no bleeding mild tummy pain sometimes with mild cramps
