Talk to Gynecologist on 1st Pregnancy Itching

Aoa drs this is my 1st ever pregnancy in my 15 yrs of marriage .. i conceived through icsi My ET was done on 25th July 1st bhcg on 11 2nd bhcg on 13 Now i have two queries From last 1 weeks i was having too much stomach pain n nausea but from last two days mild nausea in morning only Im putting cyclogest also n i have cough n sneezinh from 1 week no fever no sore throat whenever i cough i get very bad cramp down there .. sometimes while passing urine too i have cramps It is normal to not have nauseated now.. imm extremely worried My TVs is on 27th is it possible to hear heatbeat on 27 Plus i get very bad itching on whole body all of sudden n then it goes within an hr Ye maira kunsa week hoga pregnancy ka Im too much worried plz help Dr pay ab 27 ko jana hai
