Talk to Gynecologist on 2 Days Bleeding On Menstruation

i am 25 years old. recently i noticed my bleeding during periods decrease. first i use to bleed 3 days and brown discharge on 4th day but i never had heavy bleeding but this month i had bleeding for only 2 days and on 3rd day no as such blood on pad but felt a little while washing. my cycle was of 29 days. my periods are regular, my harmones report is also normal. earlier in December my date was 13 but i didn't get period untill 23rd i visited a gynecologist in society. she told be i have pcos but snother gynecologist told me i dont have any pcos issue. my periods are regular after that never missed any month. my weight is 71.5 and height is 5ft 9 inches. can someone tell why the bleeding decreases? do i need to visit any gynecologist?

my harmones tests are all fine can you tell what it could be? is it normal as the bleeding occurs 2 days today was my 4th day n no bleeding after 2nd day but i am having brownish blackish discharge is it something serious? i never had heavy bleeding

in sha ALLAH.. n yes i dont take a good diet i take diet of probably 700 to 800 calories but do take multivitamins and calcium supplement along with fish oil
